Job summary

Jefferson Parish Schools' Riverdale High in Louisiana is seeking an Assistant Coach for Baseball. The role supports the head coach, helps develop and implement the program, and ensures compliance with LHSAA and district rules.

Qualifications

• Valid Louisiana Teaching Certificate and LHSAA requirements.
• CDL class B with P and S endorsements; air brake restrictions-free.

Responsibilities

• Assist head coach in development and implementation of baseball program.
• Assist with supervision of equipment, inventory, and issuance.
• Foster sportsmanship and public relations in school/community.
• Ensure student athletes have current physicals and adequate insurance.
• Report rosters, schedules, scores, and incidents to appropriate administrators.
• Communicate with media and represent the school at events.
