Qualifications

• Willing to follow Catholic teachings and promote faith in ministry activities.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Proficient with school information systems and data management.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to complete South Dakota Medication Aide program within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate attendance records using the school information system.
• Record daily attendance, sign-ins/outs, and passes; verify excuses.
• Input attendance data, correct errors, and ensure data integrity.
• Generate attendance reports for administrators and compliance needs.
• Flag chronic absenteeism and coordinate communications with parents and students.
• Manage student attendance files and monitor faculty data entry.
• Assist the administrative staff and support compliance with policies.
• Track excessive absences to coordinate student contracts and interventions.
• Coordinate eligibility lists for early release, work, or service programs.
• Contribute to school culture through announcements and event-related activities.
• Handle first aid-related logging and parent communications as needed.
