The ideal candidate holds NATA-BOC certification, current CPR, and an active state license; has a BS in athletic training, with preference for advanced degree.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree
• NATA-BOC Board of Certification
• CPR certification
• Applicable state license where required

Responsibilities

• Design and implement therapeutic programs for injured athletes.
• Apply athletic training techniques before and during games to reduce injury risk.
• Assess effectiveness of training and document athlete responses.
• Manage emergency incidents and coordinate EMS and acute care.
• Promote the company through outreach events and appearances.
