Job Description

The Equality Charter School located in the Bronx is seeking energetic, motivated, and inspiring assistant softball coaches for our high school during the2026-2027 school year. Applicants should have at least 1-2 years of experience in coaching. Applicants with no coaching experience but a background participating on a college/university level team, please apply. The coach will work under direct supervision of the Athletic Director. The coach will be responsible for training athletes, preparing them for competition and developing their skills at a competitive level. The coach will be required to enforce discipline, nurture student needs, and model sportsman-like behavior at all times.
