Job summary

The Equality Charter School located in the Bronx is seeking an energetic, motivated and inspiring Assistant Volleyball coach for our high school team for the 2026-27 school year. The coach will work under the direct supervision of the Athletic Coordinator and help train athletes, prepare them for competition and develop their skills at a competitive level.

Applicants should have 1-2 years of coaching experience; those with college/university level playing experience will be considered.

Job Description

The Equality Charter School located in the Bronx is seeking an energetic, motivated and inspiring Assistant Volleyball coach for our high school team during the 2026-27 school year. Applicants should have at least 1-2 years of experience in coaching . Applicants with no coaching experience but a background participating on a college/university level team, please apply. The coach will work under direct supervision of the Athletic Coordinator. The coach will be responsible for assisting with training athletes, preparing them for competition and developing their skills at a competitive level. The coach will be required to enforce discipline, nurture student needs, and model sportsman-like behavior at all times.
