Equality Charter School in the Bronx is seeking an energetic, motivated Assistant Baseball Coach for our high school during the 2026-2027 season. The successful candidate should have 1-2 years of coaching experience or be a current/former college athlete.

The coach will train athletes, prepare them for competition, and develop skills at a competitive level. The role requires enforcing discipline, nurturing student needs, and modeling sportsmanlike behavior at all times.

Qualifications

• Background as college/university level player acceptable if coaching experience is limited.

Job Description

Equality Charter School located in the Bronx is seeking an energetic, motivated, and inspiring Assistant Baseball coach for our high school during the 2026-2027 season. Applicants should have at least 1-2 years of experience in coaching. Applicants with no coaching experience but a background participating on a college/university level team, please apply. The coach will work under the direct supervision of the SportsCoordinator. The coach will be responsible for training athletes, preparing them for competition and developing their skills at a competitive level. The coach will be required to enforce discipline, nurture student needs, and model sportsman-like behavior at all times.
