Responsibilities

• Monitor student-athletes' academic performance and provide support to ensure they maintain eligibility.

• Assist in the organization and execution of team events, including practices, games, and tournaments.
• Help manage equipment and supplies, ensuring all necessary gear is available and in good condition.
• Attend coaching clinics and workshops to continue professional development and stay current with coaching techniques.
• Promote sportsmanship and uphold the values and policies of Bethany High School's athletic program.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Education, Sports Management, or a related field preferred.
• Previous coaching experience, preferably at the high school level, with a strong understanding of soccer fundamentals and strategies.
