• Scout and analyse opponents to develop effective game strategies.
• Oversee the recruitment and retention of student-athletes, promoting the benefits of participation in the basketball program.
• Ensure compliance with all school, district, and state athletic regulations and policies.

Requirements

• Previous coaching experience at the high school level or higher, particularly with girls’ basketball.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Commitment to promoting academic success and personal development among student-athletes.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification, or the willingness to obtain upon hiring.
