Job summary

Paulding County Schools is seeking a High School Assistant Principal (210) to join our administrative team in Dallas, GA. This role is integral to leading curriculum, evaluation and school improvement under the principal’s direction, ensuring student success across programs.

The position requires Georgia Level 5 Certification in Educational Leadership (Tier I) and at least three years of teaching experience.

Qualifications

• Must have a strong educational background with a minimum of three (3) years teaching experience.
• Board of Education may accept alternatives to some requirements.
• Working knowledge of the total school operational plan preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and accountability with teachers, staff and stakeholders to improve instructional programs.
• Assist with the School Improvement Plan (SIP) and communicate it with stakeholders.
• Direct and supervise the labor of all employees in the school and ensure discipline and safety policies are followed.
