Qualifications

• Coaching experience at the high school level is preferred.
• Ability to work with students from multicultural backgrounds is required.
• Must demonstrate ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, teachers, and administrators.

Responsibilities

• Instruct and supervise all athletic practices and games.
• Organize and coordinate with head coaches and assistants.
• Maintain high academic and athletic expectations for students.
• Ensure compliance with FWCS policies and IHSAA MSAC rules.
