Job summary

Fort Wayne Community Schools is looking for a coach for the 2026-2027 School Year, responsible for supervising athletic practices and games while ensuring compliance with IHSAA MSAC rules.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with students from diverse backgrounds, possess strong communication skills, and a valid Driver's License. Must be available after school for coaching duties.

Qualifications

• Prefer candidate with high school coaching experience.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Must be available at 3:30 PM Monday through Friday if not an FWCS teacher.

Responsibilities

• Instruct and supervise athletic practices and games.
• Comply with IHSAA MSAC rules and FWCS policies.
• Develop positive working relations with students, parents, and staff.
