Responsibilities

• Identifies and prioritizes students for intervention using multiple sources of information, including diagnostic and screening assessments and MTSS.
• Develops individualized intervention plans with baseline performance, goals, and progress-monitoring methods.
• Delivers evidence-based small-group and individualized instruction in literacy, math, and prerequisite skills.
• Provides timely feedback and adjusts instruction based on student response.
• Keeps accurate records of intervention services, progress, and attendance.
• Collaborates with classroom teachers to align interventions with core instruction and data reviews.
• Participates in MTSS and data review meetings to guide decisions on interventions.
