  • Establishes a safe, supportive, and structured learning environment that encourages participation, persistence, and student confidence.
  • Works with Administration to establish and review measures of position effectiveness, including growth from baseline, progress toward grade-level standards and individual goals, intervention participation, and relevant course performance and academic indicators; provides periodic summaries of student outcomes and intervention implementation, including students served, planned and delivered services, goal attainment, and recommendations for improvement, reviewed in the context of students’ starting points, needs, and participation.
