Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a part-time Behavior Technician to support a high school student with ABA therapy in a school setting for the 2026-2027 academic year. The role runs mornings, ASAP through June 2027, with consistent hours during school days.

You will provide 1:1 behavioral support for about three hours daily, implement ABA interventions, document progress, and assist with mobility including pushing a wheelchair while ensuring student dignity and confidentiality in collaboration with

Qualifications

• Hands-on ABA therapy experience in a school setting.
• Ability to implement ABA strategies and collect data.
• Willingness to assist with manual wheelchair mobility.
• Strong communication and teamwork with staff, students, and families.
• Commitment to confidentiality and student dignity.

Responsabilités

• Deliver 1:1 behavioral support in the morning classroom (8:30 a.m. to ~11:30 a.m.).
• Implement and document individualized ABA-based interventions as designated by the student’s plan.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress, incidents, and interventions.
• Assist with mobility needs, including pushing a non-automatic wheelchair between classrooms and areas.
• Communicate observations and progress to school personnel as needed.
• Adhere to school and ethical standards for student care and professional conduct.
