Job summary

Caesars Entertainment in Las Vegas is seeking a Pod Bartender for High Roller cabins. This part-time, on-site role focuses on guest service, beverage preparation, cash handling, and maintaining a clean, stocked bar area to support a fast-paced casino environment.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 months as a bar porter or similar, is 21+, fluent in English, and demonstrates teamwork and excellent interpersonal skills. Training includes safety certifications and service standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three months of experience as a Bar Porter preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Meet attendance expectations and comply with all company and departmental policies and procedures.
• Possess a valid Health Card.
• Ability to understand, speak, read, and write English.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends, holidays, and varying shifts.
• Strong teamwork skills with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous cash-handling and beverage service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a professional, well-groomed appearance.
• Demonstrate accurate free-pouring techniques with consistent shot measurements.
• Possess knowledge of flair bartending, including basic bottle flipping.
• Assist with approved fire-related bar presentations while adhering to safety.
• Perform choreographed singing and dancing routines as required.
• Deliver exceptional guest service in accordance with Spotlight on Service standards.
• Retrieve beverages and supplies from storage areas and transport to designated bars.
• Stock bars with ice, liquor, beer, glassware, and other necessary supplies.
• Change soda syrup, liquor bottles, and beer kegs as needed.
• Perform routine cleaning duties, including scrubbing, mopping, power washing floors and mats, and emptying trash receptacles.
• Safely push and maneuver carts, dollies, garbage containers, and other equipment throughout the property.
• Operate a portable bar cart while providing exceptional service and processing beverage sales within the High Roller cabins and throughout the High Roller facility.
• Cleans all assigned rooms to company standard within designated work period.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
