Responsibilities

• Educates patients and families throughout the experience.
• Communicates effectively with the healthcare team using handoffs.
• Performs clinical assessment and detailed sonography examinations.
• Uses independent judgment to differentiate normal vs. pathologic findings.
• Performs NT studies.
• Coordinates work schedule with supervisor.
• Maintains ultrasound equipment and lab areas.
• Supports accreditation processes and infection control.
