vTech Solution seeks an experienced Registered Nurse in Labor and Delivery to care for high-risk maternal and newborn patients. You will manage labor, delivery, and postpartum care, acting as Baby Nurse for newborns and coordinating with midwifery clients and private OBs.

Strong experience with electronic fetal monitoring and adherence to AWHONN guidelines is essential, with flexibility to float to related units as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of high-risk labor and delivery nursing experience.
• Active RN license with compact privileges accepted.
• BLS certification.
• NRP certification.
• Proficiency with electronic fetal monitoring and EPIC system.

Responsabilités

• Provide skilled nursing care to high-risk labor and delivery patients and newborns.
• Function as Baby Nurse during delivery with newborn assessments and care.
• Support midwifery clients and private OBs.
• Perform electronic fetal monitoring and adhere to EPIC protocols.
• Float to postpartum, antepartum units or sister facilities as needed.
