Memorial Hospital Belleville, part of BJC HealthCare, seeks a part-time Registered Nurse for the High Risk Cardiac unit (2NE) in Belleville, IL. The role involves direct patient care, assessment, planning, and collaboration with the interprofessional team.

Qualified candidates will have a Nursing Diploma/Associate's, RN license, and preferred BSN. Telemetry/cardiac experience is desirable; sign-on bonus up to $7,500 and shift/differential pay are offered. Benefits eligible.

• Communicates plan of care across the interprofessional team and with patient and family.

Responsibilities

• Participates in activities that promote patient safety, quality and regulatory compliance.
• Develops and documents plans of care with defined goals in collaboration with the team.
• Assesses and evaluates physical, psychosocial and emotional needs per standards of care.
• Recognizes safety-sensitive nature of the role.
