Qualifications

• RN license required.
• Telemetry/Cardiac experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct patient care according to nursing standards.
• Educates patients and families on illness, post-treatment home care, and medications.
• Promotes patient safety and participates in quality/regulatory activities.
• Develops and documents individualized care plans with the interprofessional team.
• Assesses patient needs and communicates plan of care across the continuum.
