Job summary

Holland Partner Group’s The Ayer property in Seattle seeks a Maintenance Technician II to perform diversified maintenance tasks, ensuring cleanliness, safety and functionality in a high-rise community.

The role requires at least one year of maintenance experience, ability to read/write English, and the skills listed above. Salary is $25.00–$29.00 per hour with a $1,000 signing bonus after 90 days. Full-time with benefits and on-site work.

Qualifications

• One year of maintenance experience required; six months at Holland in a maintenance role may count toward experience.
• Must be able to read, write and speak English for safety and productivity.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the physical condition and upkeep of the property per safety standards.
• Paint vacant units to rent-ready condition per Holland standards.
• Maintain common areas, models, and offices per touch-up schedule.
• Complete unit turns and service requests accurately and timely.
• Follow preventative maintenance programs to minimize repairs.
• Adhere to safety programs and guidelines; participate in safety inspections.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and coworkers; maintain professionalism.
