Jobot in Tampa is seeking an experienced Assistant Superintendent to join our multifamily construction team on high-rise projects. You will assist in managing all on-site activities, coordinating subcontractors, and maintaining schedules to deliver projects on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of high-rise multifamily experience, strong leadership and problem-solving skills, and a solid understanding of building codes and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in high-rise multifamily construction.
• Proven track record overseeing and completing projects from start to finish.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Proficient in scheduling and blueprint reading.

Responsabilités

• Oversee and manage daily on-site construction activities with the Superintendent.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and in-house teams to meet plans and timelines.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
• Collaborate to develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality control.
• Assist in resolving technical and logistical problems during construction.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality.
• Assist in preparing and submitting project reports to stakeholders.
• Promote a safety-first culture and ensure training compliance.
• Participate in project meetings and provide construction input.
