Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced Assistant Superintendent to lead a ground-up luxury multifamily development in Orlando, FL. The project features 200+ residential units with premium amenities, requiring independent field leadership, subcontractor coordination, and strict quality control through turnover.

You will work with an experienced leadership team, receive mentorship, and contribute to a high-quality build.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial construction field experience.
• Minimum of 3–4 completed ground-up multifamily projects as an Assistant Superintendent or Superintendent.
• Experience constructing 150+ unit apartment communities.
• Strong background in wood-frame multifamily construction, podium, wrap-style, or garden-style developments.
• Ability to independently manage daily field operations, subcontractor coordination, quality control, and safety.
• Experience coordinating inspections, scheduling, punch lists, and project closeout.
• Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, or similar construction management software.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of a luxury multifamily community from the ground up.
• Independently manage daily field operations and subcontractor coordination.
• Ensure quality control and safety across the project.
• Coordinate inspections, scheduling, punch lists, and project closeout.
• Leadership and communication with field teams to ensure on-time turnover.
