Job summary

Exelon is seeking a skilled maintenance engineer in Philadelphia to ensure safety standards and perform routine repairs on electrical, HVAC, and controls systems in commercial facilities. You will operate and repair equipment critical to building operations and computer systems, including air distribution and chilled water systems.

This role requires 5+ years of experience, a high school diploma, and relevant licenses.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 5+ years in operation, repair and maintenance of plant and building systems.
• Experience with commercial HVAC, gas and power distribution.
• Must be able to work with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to rotate shifts and emergency calls.

Responsibilities

• Repair equipment from diagnosis to completion.
• Disassemble machinery to access faulty parts and reassemble.
• Analyze problems, perform repairs, and test results.
• Operate Customer Call Center and Control Room 24/7.
• Document emergency, project and routine work in Control Room.
