Job summary

STRUCTURAL, the largest concrete repair contractor in the U.S., is hiring a Project Manager for their High-Rise Restoration Division in Alexandria, VA. You will manage complex building envelope repair projects in the Greater DMV area.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management and 3+ years of experience in managing projects up to $10M. STRUCTURAL offers competitive compensation and a strong focus on safety and employee development.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in commercial or public construction/restoration.
• Proven track record managing construction projects up to $10M.
• Willingness to travel (up to 20%) or work on out-of-town projects.

Responsibilities

• Own communication across internal and external stakeholders.
• Run regular team and client meetings to align on goals.
• Manage procurement and contracts for subs and materials.
• Monitor and manage subcontractor performance and change orders.
• Build and manage project budgets, schedules, and risk plans.
• Ensure top-tier quality control in collaboration with designers.
• Champion a strong safety culture aligning with OSHA standards.
