Job summary

STRUCTURAL is hiring a Project Manager for its Building Envelope High-Rise Restoration Division in the Greater DMV area. You will oversee large, self-perform facade restoration projects, coordinating with design teams and clients to deliver on time and within budget.

You will manage budgets, schedules, procurement, and risk, while upholding a strong safety culture and high quality standards across stakeholders and partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil/Structural Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in commercial/public construction/restoration.
• Experience managing projects up to $10M.
• Proficiency with project forecasting tools and construction software.

Responsibilities

• Own communications with stakeholders to keep projects aligned.
• Lead regular team and client meetings for goals and timelines.
• Manage procurement and contracts for subs, vendors, and materials.
• Monitor subcontractor performance, change orders, claims, and disputes.
• Build and manage budgets, schedules, and risk plans with transparency.
• Ensure quality control with designers and QC teams.
• Champion safety, aligning with OSHA standards.
