Qualifications

• Experience maintaining mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in a commercial high-rise environment.
• Ability to interpret mechanical, electrical blueprints and schematics.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and building codes for facilities operations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain energy management and preventive maintenance programs.
• Repair and maintain doors, ceilings, fixtures, and related equipment.
• Inspect plant and equipment rooms, pumps, motors, and controls; perform routine testing and reporting.
• Respond to emergencies and tenant concerns; coordinate with management.
• Document activities and track maintenance tasks and schedules.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for major repairs or upgrades.
