Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in Commercial Building Operations or related industry.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Must have a thorough understanding of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and automation systems.
• Ability to efficiently present information to groups.
• Understanding of energy-saving and sustainability measures.

Responsibilities

• Provide concierge-style customer service to internal and external partners.
• Perform preventative maintenance and corrective repairs of buildings.
• Inspect building systems to ensure equipment operation is within design capabilities.
• Align all applicable codes and regulations related to building operations.
• Comprehend and interpret instructions and memos.
