Qualifications

• Must possess through understanding of HVAC, electrical, and building automation systems.
• Ability to interpret mechanical, electrical blueprints and schematics.
• Strong time management and ability to handle multiple projects with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain mechanical and electrical equipment to ensure building comfort and safety.
• Perform preventive maintenance and inspect life safety systems.
• Respond to emergencies and coordinate with tenants, vendors, and management.
