Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, public health, or a related field required.
• Master's Degree (MHA or MPH) preferred.
• CPPS required within one year of hire; CPXP required within two years of hire; CPMSM or CPHQ/CPHRM preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide operational leadership for patient safety, patient experience, and medical staff services programs with daily supervision of program staff.
• Ensure performance, reliability, and regulatory readiness of these programs; promote safety and compassionate care.
• Foster a culture of psychological safety, transparency, and data-driven decision-making to reduce preventable harm.

Formation

Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, public health, or a related field

Master's Degree (MHA or MPH) preferred
