Job summary

Lineage Logistics in Edwardsville, KS is seeking a High Reach Forklift Driver to safely move products and materials in a fast-paced warehouse. You will operate a stand-up reach forklift, load and unload pallets, and ensure accurate RF-based inventory and quality checks.

The role requires basic math, the ability to follow instructions, and a willingness to work in cold and dry storage environments. Physical ability to lift 40 lbs and work flexible shifts is essential.

Qualifications

• Basic math skills and ability to perform accurate counts.
• Ability to understand instructions in the official language.
• Ability to work in temperatures from -20°F to 100°F, in cold and dry storage.
• Lifts a minimum of 40 lbs (18 kg).
• Flexible work schedule including weekends if needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate stand-up high-reach forklift to move pallets and place them in racks.
• Pick palletized units from above-floor racks for outbound shipments.
• Record materials, weight, counts, and item condition using RF system.
• Load/unload materials on/off pallets or skids.
• Perform forklift daily maintenance and battery charging/cleaning.
