Job summary

Lineage Logistics is hiring a forklift operator to move products, equipment, and materials while adhering to safety standards and company policies. The role involves using stand-up reach forklifts to store and retrieve palletized units, recording weights and counts with RF systems, and performing daily maintenance.

You must be able to lift 40 lbs, work a flexible schedule (including weekends), and tolerate varying noise levels in cold or dry storage environments.

Qualifications

• Basic math skills required.
• Ability to understand instructions in the official language.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including weekends if needed.
• Occasionally exposed to varying noise levels.

Responsibilities

• Put away palletized units by lifting forks for placement into racks above floor height.
• Pick palletized units out of rack locations above floor height and set up for outbound shipment.
• Choose and record materials, weight, counts, and condition of food items via RF system.
• Load and unload materials on and off pallets, skids, or lifting device.
• Complete daily forklift maintenance/check sheet.
• Monitor battery charge, maintain, and clean batteries, and leave equipment at charging station.
