Job summary

Lineage is seeking a stand-up reach forklift operator to move products, equipment, and materials in cold and dry storage while following all safety standards and company policies.

You will lift up to 40 lbs, operate an RF system to select and record items, and perform daily forklift maintenance. Flexible shifts and a busy, loud environment are expected.

Qualifications

• Basic math skills.
• Ability to understand instructions in the official language of the country or as defined by Lineage Logistics.
• Ability to work in temperatures as low as -20 Fahrenheit/-25 Celsius in cold storage or up to 100 Fahrenheit/37 Celsius in dry storage with provided PPE.

Responsibilities

• Put away palletized units by lifting forks for placement into racks above floor height.
• Pick palletized units out of rack locations above floor height and set up for outbound shipment.
• Choose and record materials, weight, counts, and condition of food items via RF system.
• Load and unload materials on and off pallets, skids, or lifting devices.
• Complete daily forklift maintenance/check sheet.
• Monitor battery charge, maintain, and clean batteries, and leave equipment at the proper charging station.
