We are hiring a Lounge Bar Back.

We are looking for passionate individuals who enjoy serving others. Working at our hotel bar and lounge outlets means you are often the first or last person our guests see each day, working alongside talented bartenders. Your role is vital to the guest experience, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere with your friendly smile and cheerful attitude. Your proactive, responsive, and caring nature will make a significant difference.

Role Outline

Bar backs and food runners are responsible for providing excellent customer service, serving food (at some locations), cleaning, restocking, assisting with bar opening and closing, and following safety guidelines. Applicants must be dependable, able to stand for 8-10 hours, work at least 3 days per week, and be willing to work on weekends and holidays. Prior experience in a high-volume food and beverage establishment is required; hotel experience is preferred.
