Location: University of Mary

• We are hiring immediately for a full and part-time Dining & Bar Supervisor position.
• Address: University of Mary - 7500 University Drive, Bismarck, ND 58504. Note: online applications accepted only.

Job Summary

Provides first-level supervision of food, beverage, and meal services while overseeing production.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensures high-quality, well-presented food and beverages are served within established time frames.
• Reviews menu and production needs to manage daily functions.
• Monitors staff to ensure proper use of systems, protocols, and quality assurance tools.
• Visits guest service areas to assess satisfaction.
• Communicates regularly with staff, both formally and informally.
• Enforces safety standards with employees.
• Ensures sanitation standards are maintained daily and signs off on cleaning procedures.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
