Qualifications

• Journeyperson Pipefitter with High Purity/semiconductor experience.
• 2+ years in high-purity piping, orbital welding, and tube bending.
• Strong knowledge of ASME B31.3, SEMI standards, and cleanroom protocols.
• Ability to read isometrics, P&IDs, and spool sheets.

Responsibilities

• Install, fit, and weld high-purity piping systems in cleanroom facilities.
• Perform orbital welding and tube bending to exact specifications.
• Interpret P&IDs, isometrics, and spool sheets for installations.
• Follow SEMI S2, ASME B31.3, ASTM, and client piping standards.
• Coordinate field routing, fit-up, and alignment of piping assemblies.
• Execute flushing, leak testing, and turnover documentation.
• Adhere to OSHA 29 CFR 1926 and cleanroom PPE protocols.
• Participate in toolbox talks, JSAs, and permit-to-work systems.
• Collaborate with QA/QC, commissioning, and other trades.
• Maintain organized work areas meeting ISO cleanroom classifications.
