Job summary

ECOLAB in Chandler, AZ, seeks a Plastic Pipe Cleanroom Welder/Assembler to fabricate and weld high-purity thermoplastic piping systems for semiconductor and advanced manufacturing. You will apply butt fusion and IR fusion welding, read drawings, and work in a cleanroom environment.

Minimum 3-5 years of plastic pipe welding, cleanroom experience, and ability to read blueprints are required. This onsite role offers a comprehensive benefits package and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3-5 years in plastic pipe welding and assembly in cleanroom.
• Experience reading blueprints, P&IDs, and isometric drawings.
• Proficiency in butt fusion and IR fusion welding.

Responsibilities

• Weld and fabricate plastic piping systems using approved fusion techniques.
• Install piping, valves, and fittings in clean environments.
• Read engineering drawings and installation procedures.
• Maintain materials per cleanroom contamination-control rules.
• Inspect welds, maintain records, and ensure quality compliance.
• Operate welding equipment and follow GMP and safety policies.
