Job description

Atlas Roofing Web Technologies is seeking a High Pressure Boiler Operator for Franklin, OH.

High Pressure Boiler Operator Primary Responsibilities

• Responsible for following all plant rules of conduct and safety rules including all safety Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements.
• Will be able to operate, troubleshoot and maintain system, and all operations pertaining to Boiler Operation.
• Responsible for the continuous safe operation.
• Monitor Boiler to ensure safety and optimum operation
• Perform minor and routine maintenance on equipment.
• Responsible to report any and all maintenance related items to Maintenance and utilize the Work Order system.
• Continually monitor conditions in the Still Yard and Blow Still to ensure upset conditions do not occur. This includes but is not limited to machinery, temperature, steam, air and boiler operations.
• Must be trained in the Emergency Generator operation.
• Assist with general maintenance as needed.
• Minimal travel requirements as needed for training, etc, as determined by Supervision.
• Any and all other responsibilities as assigned by Supervision.

High Pressure Boiler Operator Experience

High Pressure Boiler Operator Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Organization: Must have sound organizational skills in order to process job related data

• Tools: Must be able to use power tools, including electrical testing and measuring equipment.

High Pressure Boiler Operator Education, Licenses & Certifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Must be able to work rotating shift schedule, holidays and overtime, maintaining a 24/7 Operation
• Must have current and valid Class 1 Boiler Operators License
