An experienced Boiler Operator is needed to manage and maintain high-pressure boiler systems within a dynamic industrial setting. This role involves daily operation, monitoring, troubleshooting, and routine maintenance of steam generation equipment to ensure safe and efficient performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Operate and oversee high-pressure steam boilers and supporting equipment, maintaining system performance within defined parameters.
  2. Conduct regular inspections and perform preventive maintenance on boilers, pumps, valves, compressors, and control systems.
  3. Adjust operational settings to meet steam and pressure demands across various production functions.
  4. Troubleshoot mechanical or system issues to reduce downtime and maintain workflow continuity.
  5. Document all maintenance activities, system checks, and any irregularities in detailed logs.
  6. Work alongside maintenance and engineering teams to enhance reliability and improve overall system efficiency.
  7. Comply with workplace safety and environmental regulations at all times.
  8. Assist in emergency situations involving boiler or steam systems when needed.
Requirements:
  1. High school diploma or GED required; technical training in boiler operations strongly preferred.
  2. Valid High Pressure Boiler Operator License or equivalent certification is mandatory.
  3. Minimum of [X] years' hands-on experience in a similar role within an industrial or biotechnical environment.
