The role requires a Class 1 Boiler Operators License, basic math and reading of technical procedures, and the ability to work rotating shifts including holidays. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Rotating shift schedule including holidays and overtime.
• Must hold current Class 1 Boiler Operators License.
• Minimum state-based hours experience with a High Pressure Boiler.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety rules and wear required PPE.
• Operate, troubleshoot, and maintain boiler system.
• Ensure continuous safe operation and monitor boiler conditions.
• Report maintenance needs using the Work Order system.
• Assist with general maintenance as needed.
• Limited travel for training as required by supervision.
• Adhere to all plant rules and procedures.
