High Precision Mechanical Assembler

C/A Design, Inc., part of the Heico Companies, is a leader in the brazing industry, providing custom-engineered cooling solutions. Our new 120,000 sq ft facility in Exeter is fully operational and aims to set new standards in high precision manufacturing. Join our team and contribute to our mission of protecting the Warfighter.

Position Overview

We are seeking a talented Mechanical Assembler responsible for the assembly and testing of complex aluminum chassis. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and the ability to interpret technical drawings and measurements. The position reports directly to the Brazing Supervisor.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Promote a culture of proactive safety.
  • Perform precision mechanical assembly using drawings, set-up sheets, and measuring tools.
  • Conduct preventative maintenance and equipment calibration.
  • Participate in dip brazing, straightening, and chemical cleaning of components.
  • Engage in safety training and comply with policies.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Previous manufacturing experience preferred.
  • Strong verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to read drawings and use measuring equipment.
  • Adherence to safety regulations and ability to follow directions.
