C/A Design specializes in manufacturing complex aluminum dip and vacuum brazed assemblies. We are seeking a talented, driven Mechanical Assembler to join our successful team. The Precision Mechanical Assembler will be responsible for assembling and testing complex aluminum chassis, embodying our culture of honesty, integrity, and good corporate citizenship. This critical role reports directly to the Brazing Supervisor.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Promote a proactive safety culture.
  • Perform precision mechanical assembly of complex components using drawings, shop travelers, setup sheets, and measuring tools.
  • Conduct preventative maintenance and equipment calibration.
  • Dip brazing, and perform pre- and post-braze straightening.
  • Conduct chemical cleaning of components.
  • Participate in health and safety training programs and adhere to all policies and procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Previous manufacturing experience preferred.
  • Strong verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to read internal drawings and use basic measuring equipment.
  • Ability to follow safety regulations and directions.
