Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years in coaching/mentoring roles.
• Experience in high-accountability environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 1-on-1 and small-group coaching leveraging analytics.
• Deliver life-skills workshops focused on mastery.
• Set the cultural tone each morning to maintain high-performance standards.
• Track progress in real time and adjust coaching strategies based on data.
• Build trusted mentor relationships with students and families.
