Job summary

Alpha is hiring a High-Performance Coach to empower K-12 students with elite mentorship on Alpha’s campuses. You’ll rely on AI-driven 1-on-1 coaching, live workshops, and culture-setting kickoffs to push students to surpass what they think possible.

The role is full-time, in-person at multiple US campuses with relocation support. You bring a bachelor's degree, a track record of exceptional achievement, and at least 3 years in coaching or mentoring high-achieving individuals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 3 years coaching/youth mentoring or leadership roles.
• Ability to design and deliver multiweek life-skills workshops with clear progression.
• Exceptional achievement in a highly selective, globally recognized domain is required.
• Willing to work in-person at an Alpha campus in the US; relocation support provided.

Responsibilities

• Drive motivation, growth, and life-skill mastery through 1-on-1 and small-group coaching.
• Deliver structured life-skills workshops and assess mastery using Alpha's Test2Pass system.
• Set the cultural tone each morning through focused kickoffs that reinforce high-performance expectations.
• Track student progress in real-time and adjust coaching strategies based on data.
• Build trusted mentor relationships with students and families through high standards and consistent motivation plans.
