Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Exceptional achievement in a highly selective domain (athletic, academic, or equivalent) is expected.
• 3+ years in student coaching, youth mentoring, athletic coaching, or leadership roles with measurable performance improvements.
• Ability to design and deliver engaging multiweek life-skills workshops with clear progression and measurable mastery.
• Willingness to work in-person at Alpha campuses across specified locations in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Run 1-on-1 and small-group coaching using analytics and progress data to diagnose blockers and set ambitious goals.
• Deliver life-skills workshops built for mastery with credible storytelling from your elite experience.
• Set the cultural tone every morning to reinforce high-performance expectations across the campus.
• Track student progress in real time and adjust coaching strategies based on data.
• Build trusted mentor relationships with students and families through high standards and documented motivation plans.
