Responsibilities

• Run 1-on-1 and small-group coaching using analytics to diagnose blockers and set ambitious goals.
• Deliver structured life-skills workshops and assess mastery via Alpha's system.
• Set the cultural tone each morning with focused kickoffs that reinforce high-performance expectations.
• Track student progress in real time and adjust coaching strategies based on data.
• Build mentor relationships with students and families through high standards and documented motivation plans.
