You must have a Bachelor's degree, exceptional achievement in a global domain, 3+ years of coaching or mentoring, and be able to work in person at multiple CA locations;

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Exceptional achievement in a globally recognized domain (e.g., national/international awards, top-tier university).
• At least 3 years of experience in student coaching, youth mentoring, athletic coaching, or leadership roles.
• Willing to work in-person at an Alpha campus in specified U.S. locations and relocation support provided.
• Legal right to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Run 1-on-1 and small-group coaching sessions using analytics to diagnose blockers and set ambitious goals.
• Deliver structured life-skills workshops built for mastery and assess mastery through the Alpha system.
• Set the cultural tone each morning to reinforce high-performance expectations.
• Track student progress in real time and adjust coaching strategies based on data.
• Build trusted mentor relationships with students and families through high standards and motivation plans.
