Alpha reimagines the school day by combining AI-powered academics with expert coaching to help students build real-world life skills. As an Education Coach, you will lead energetic workshops, mentor students, and use Coachbot analytics to tailor guidance for weekly goals.

You will work on-site at Alpha campuses (including Santa Barbara, CA) with a competitive six-figure salary and comprehensive benefits. A Bachelor's degree and 3+ years with K-8 students are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline required.
• At least 3 years of experience working directly with K-8 students through teaching, coaching, tutoring, mentoring, camp leadership, or youth programs.
• Ability to motivate students and describe a specific example with outcome.
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-energy, one-hour life skills workshops for K-8 students and develop durable skills like communication and leadership.
• Coach students individually and in small groups using Coachbot analytics to drive progress.
• Assess life-skill mastery and provide targeted coaching until competence is achieved.
• Adapt coaching style across age groups from kindergarten to eighth grade.
• Analyze weekly performance data to identify patterns and improve outcomes for the cohort.
