Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years in propulsion, powertrain, engine systems, or high-performance vehicle development.
• Proficiency with 3D CAD platforms (NX/CATIA/Creo/SolidWorks).
• Strong understanding of internal combustion engine systems, thermal management, and manufacturing processes.
• Ability to evaluate technical trade-offs and develop practical engineering solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop propulsion system architecture for engines, induction, exhaust, lubrication, cooling, and accessory drive systems.
• Create parametric 3D CAD models and packaging studies to support rapid concept development.
• Develop early engine bay layouts for packaging constraints and vehicle integration.
• Generate concepts prioritizing power density, airflow, and thermal performance.
• Assess alternative architectures for performance, cost, weight and manufacturability; document trade-offs.
• Collaborate with propulsion design, CAE, calibration, NVH, and manufacturing teams to mature concepts.
