Job description

High Performance Director Tennis Academy in Clearwater, Florida is looking for a High Performance Director.

Position Overview

We are a specialized high intensity performance academy with over 30 top junior players from around the world (UTR range 6-12.5). We have on site housing, a hybrid international school, gym, restaurant along with 7 clay and 2 hard courts.

We are looking for a seasoned HP Director who already has a strong following and is looking to relocate with some of his/her current HP players.

Base salary $100,000/year + privates

Requirements

• Must be willing to travel to ITFs/Futures
• Must have exceptional communication/recruiting skills
• Must have knowledge of tennis specific fitness

Responsibilities

• Responsibilities will include overseeing HP academy training, individual technical/tactical work with high level juniors
• Match video review
• Other related HP tasks
