Qualifications

• Must currently possess valid U.S. work authorization.
• High-level playing background (Men: 9.0+ UTR; Women: 8.0+ UTR preferred).
• 3+ years of coaching experience preferred covering wide age ranges.

Responsibilities

• Coach high-performance players in designated evening and weekend blocks.
• Engage with parents and clients with high energy and clear communication.
• Help players progress from juniors to higher levels within the program.

High-Performance Tennis Coaches Tennis Academy in Tukwila, Washington is looking for a High-Performance Tennis Coaches.

Position Overview: Schedule: Dedicated commitment hours (Mon-Fri 4:00-8:00 PM | Sat 10:00 AM-2:00 PM) + freedom for private clients outside those hours.

Pay Structure: Starting rate at $55/hr (scaling to $65+/hr based on production) + Initial Minimum Income Guarantee ($4,000-$6,000/mo during ramp-up).

Facilities: Premium year-round indoor facilities- no weather cancellations or seasonal income drops.

Long-Term Growth: Established team culture with a 90%+ coach retention rate over 5+ years.

Requirements:

• Must currently possess valid U.S. work authorization (Ready to start within 30-60 days).
• High-level playing background (Men: 9.0+ UTR | Women: 8.0+ UTR preferred).
• 3+ years of coaching experience preferred (U10 red ball through high-performance juniors and adults).
• Excellent communication skills, high energy, and strong parent/client engagement.
